This diaphonized adult squirrel is truly one of a kind. This massive specimen has graced my personal curio for some time, yet it has come time for this specimen to travel.

To date, it is the largest Nighttime Nicholas specimen made available for purchase. Weighing in at close to 3.5 kg (7.5 lbs), this specimen is as large as it is majestic.

The predominant pink/red stain indicates that this specimen was quite old. The areas that would normally be blue (for cartilage) in a younger specimen - which would show areas of development - have turned to bone. This indicates that the specimen lived a long and healthy life.

Towering at 13” tall 4” wide (32.5cm x 11cm), this specimen would make an eye-catching centrepiece for any curio or oddities collector.

This specimen is fully developed and unique, having been processed with a unique Nighttime Nicholas diaphonization technique.

This specimen was carefully processed over 10 months in order to ensure quality, vibrancy, longevity, and safety. Though many heavy chemicals were used through the process, this piece is completely safe and can even be used as teaching tools for demonstration of bone development, or an addition to any collection.
